To order spare parts or complete component groups or to clearly identify a product for repair or re-manufacture, please state the following numbers which can be found on the respective identification labels:
You will find a
- commission/sales number (Hennig)
- calculation or drawing number (Hennig)
- delivery date
- a customer-specific reference/order number
Using these details we will then be able to quickly provide you with a quotation for spare parts, repair or a replacement delivery, depending on your requirements.
The identification labels are usually to be found in the following positions:
Telescopic steel covers: on the large external box / aluminium adhesive label on the small internal box
Folded bellows: PVC adhesive label, in the middle of the bellow fold on the connecting face, the commission/sales number is also stamped onto the PVC frame.
Folded bellows with lamella: self-adhesive aluminium label on the first lamella at the face end, the commission/sales number is also stamped onto the PVC frame.
Aprons: Aluminium adhesive label on the top of the joining face
Roll-away covers: Aluminium adhesive label on the box or bearing bracket
Stabiflex: Commission/sales no. stamped onto the joining flange
Flex-Protect: Aluminium adhesive label on the side you use, depending on the customers’ requirements.
