1. General

1.1 QM - System

Hennig GmbH has an effective QM System in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. It includes an exact definition of the quality policy and its objectives.

These objectives are regularly checked and evaluated.

1.2 Environmental - Management

Hennig GmbH has currently no certified Environmental Management System.

However all substances are recorded and listed in a hazardous substances index according to §16 GefStoffV (Hazardous Substances Regulation).

For the packing of our products we only use harmless and recyclable materials.

Parts returned to us will be disposed of by Hennig GmbH in an environmentally friendly way.

1.3 Business Language

Business language is German – alternatively English.

2. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT, ENGINEERING, PRODUCTION

2.1 Research & Development

All new products developed by Hennig GmbH are tested on a special high speed linear motor driven test stand for function and durability.

2.2 Tolerance

All technical specifications (drawings, etc.) for Hennig GmbH products, if not otherwise specified, are subject to DIN ISO 2768 Standards. Interfacing and mounting dimensions are based on tolerance class "M", for angles and other dimensions tolerance class "C".

Other tolerance classes or specially required tolerance are listed separately in the technical specifications.

2.3 Manufacturing Procedures

All Manufacturing Procedures at Hennig GmbH are accurately defined, structured, and are suited to the technical requirements.

3. INSPECTION, PRODUCT RELEASE

3.1 Inspection Equipment

Hennig GmbH guarantees that all the inspection equipment required for inspection is available any time.

Within the scope of the QM System all the necessary inspection equipment is continuously checked and maintained in compliance with the requirements to DIN EN ISO 9001.

3.2 Inspections

With the production approval of the drawings the customer defines and approves the inspection criteria specified by himself or by Hennig GmbH.

The inspections are documented and filed by inspection sheets.

If required, a copy of the inspection sheet will be added to the consignment.

3.3 Initial Sample Inspections

If required, an initial sample inspection will be made for the first delivery.

This will be documented in an initial sample inspection report.

3.4 Incoming Goods Inspection – Customer

Immediately upon receipt the customer (consignee) shall check the goods for transport damages. If damages are visible Hennig GmbH must be notified without delay (also see the instruction sheet – Transport Damages and General Terms and Conditions of Business).

4. MARKING, TRACEABILITY

4.1 Marking

Products delivered by Hennig GmbH will be provided with a marking so that they can always be identified clearly.

Change requests of the marking by the customer are required in writing.

4.2 Traceability

The products can be followed up clearly by Hennig numbers indicated on the product. If the customer expressly requests a marking with his identification numbers he has to make the data and numbers available which are required for traceability.

The deliveries are always accompanied by shipping documents indicating the data, such as commission number, order number, customer codes; which are required for identification.

5. WARRANTY

The standard warranty on our products is 12 months upon delivery.

The assembly and maintenance instructions for our products are to be observed, otherwise any warranty claim shall lapse.

6. PACKING

The Hennig GmbH pack their products into single appropriate packing units as requested.

For special products, if required, packing instructions are issued which will be agreed upon with the customer.
